Rift Blade 3D Pack

An anime sword-action set in one dark, neon-purple style: two teen sword fighters, two shadow enemies and a 3.2-metre boss, all rigged on one shared humanoid skeleton with 13 animations each, plus 27 props for rooftops at dusk, an old shrine and the Rift itself. Every model comes in a high and a low game version, as GLB and FBX with PBR textures, at real-world size. Ready-to-run demo projects for Godot 4 and GameMaker (made with Room 3D) are included.

  • 5 rigged, animated characters: Kai, Ren, Shade, Brute and the Rift Warden boss
  • 13 animations on every character, from idle and sprint to sword attack, roll and death
  • One 22-bone humanoid skeleton with standard names: retargets in Unity, Unreal and Godot
  • 27 props: rooftops, street, shrine, rift, pickups, a katana and a glaive
  • High (up to 70k triangles, 2048 px) and low game versions (characters 16k-20k, 1024 px)
  • GLB and FBX, PBR metal/roughness textures, metres, origin at the feet
  • Godot 4.7 and GameMaker demo projects

Kai, Ren, Shade, Brute and the Rift Warden turning on the spot

The five characters, straight from the pack's own turntables: Kai and Ren, the teen heroes, then Shade, Brute and the Rift Warden. All five share one skeleton and one set of 13 animations, so a clip made for one plays on all of them. Walk, Run, Sprint and the idles are in place, ready for your character controller.

Engine notes

  • Godot: import the GLB (textures inside); set Loop Mode on the looping clips in Advanced Import Settings; the bones map to SkeletonProfileHumanoid for retargeting. The demo project shows it all.
  • GameMaker: open demos/gamemaker/RiftBladePackDemo.yyp (LTS 2026 or 2024.14+) and press Run; each model is an object you can place. For your own rooms, open the GLB files in Room 3D (guidrygames.com/room3d.html) and save into your project.
  • Unity: import the FBX with its textures folder, Rig > Humanoid (bones map by name), tick Loop Time on the looping clips; or use the GLB with glTFast.
  • Unreal: import the FBX as a skeletal mesh with animations at scale 1; flip the normal maps' green channel; an IK Retargeter maps the shared bone names in one step.

Questions

Can I put my own animations on them?

Yes. All five share one 22-bone humanoid skeleton with standard (Mixamo-style) bone names, so Unity's Humanoid rig, Unreal's IK Retargeter and Godot's BoneMap pick them up. SKELETON.md lists every bone and its mapping.

Which version should I use in my game?

The low version (16k-20k triangles per character, 1.5k-8k per prop, 1024 px textures) is made for games, desktop and mobile. The high version is for close-ups, cutscenes and renders.

How do I use them in GameMaker?

Open the included demo project and press Run. To build your own rooms, open the GLB files in Room 3D, place them in a 3D room and save it into your GameMaker project.

Do the characters hold their swords?

The katana and glaive are separate props: attach one to the RightHand bone (Godot: BoneAttachment3D; Unity: a child of the hand; Unreal: a socket). Shade's spear is part of its model.

Can I use them in a game I sell?

Yes, in as many games as you like, free or commercial. You can't resell or share the models themselves. See the asset license.

How do I get it after paying?
