The eleven low-poly characters standing together

Low-Poly Characters

A cast of 11 stylized low-poly characters, all rigged on one shared humanoid skeleton and animated: a mannequin, a commando, a zombie, two teen adventurers, a knight, a robot and four townsfolk. Each comes with 8 animations (idle, walk, run, jump, attack, hit, death and a T-pose) as GLB and FBX, plus a static OBJ, with tiny palette textures. Drop them into Godot, Unity, Unreal or any glTF tool, or into GameMaker with Room 3D. Standard bone names make it easy to put your own animations on them.

  • 11 characters · 3,808 to 6,226 triangles each
  • 8 animations on every character, 30 fps, walk and run in place
  • One 32-bone humanoid skeleton with standard names, mapped to Unity Humanoid and Godot
  • GLB and FBX with animations, OBJ + MTL rest pose, PNG textures
  • Real-world scale in metres, about 1.8 m tall
  • Guide with setup for Godot, Unity, Unreal and GameMaker

See them move

Every character shares the same skeleton and the same set of animations, so anything you make or buy for one works on all of them. Walk and run are in place with planted feet (about 1.1 and 3.0 metres a second), ready for your character controller.

Guide

Engine notes

  • Godot: import the GLB; set Loop Mode on Idle/Walk/Run in Advanced Import Settings; the bones auto-map to SkeletonProfileHumanoid for retargeting.
  • Unity: import the FBX, Rig > Humanoid (bones auto-map), tick Loop Time on Idle/Walk/Run, set the palette texture to Point filtering.
  • GameMaker (Room 3D): open the GLB in Room 3D (guidrygames.com/room3d.html), place it in a room and save it into your GameMaker project.
  • Unreal/other: import the FBX as a skeletal mesh with animations (scale 1, metres); any glTF 2.0 or FBX tool (Blender, three.js, Babylon.js) reads the files.

Questions

Can I put my own animations on them?

Yes. They all share one humanoid skeleton with standard bone names. Unity's Humanoid rig and Godot's humanoid bone map pick them up, so animations retarget onto them; the guide's skeleton table lists every bone.

How do I use them in GameMaker?

With Room 3D: open the GLB, place the character in a 3D room, play its animations and save the room into your GameMaker project.

Are the walk and run in place?

Yes: the character stays where it is and your code moves it (about 1.1 m/s walking and 3.0 m/s running for the feet to match the ground).

Can I use them in a game I sell?

Yes, in as many games as you like, free or commercial. You can't resell or share the models themselves. See the asset license.

How do I get it after paying?

Sign in before you buy. Right after checkout, the download appears on your account page, and it stays there.
